Third: Filing a lawsuit for validity and enforceability, which is no longer important in many areas after the issuance of the new real estate registration law.




The role of the lawyer in real estate disputes

First: An eviction lawsuit for usurpation, when you are surprised by the presence of someone inside a property you own, or the tenant refuses to vacate the property after the expiration of the contract period.
Second: Suit for termination of the contract, in a sale when the seller or buyer refuses to fulfill his obligations.

Third: Suit for invalidity, for example when you buy a property for which a license was not issued in violation of the law, as some companies do in new cities, and refuse to deliver on the specified date because they did not build in the first place.
